At Lumenza, we process orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days for standard shipping. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.
